The Founding Member program offers a 25% discount on season passes to the first 25 subscribers. This discount is applied automatically and enforced server-side. Founding Member pricing is available on season passes only.

All model outputs, analysis, predictions, data visualizations, and site content are the intellectual property of The Lob Report. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or resell any content without explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Lob Report and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or any decisions made based on our content.
Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Prediction accuracy metrics are published transparently and are not a guarantee of any outcome.
